HYGIENE & SAFETY MEASURES

Public areas:

  • Social distancing: Floor stickers and seat signage are in place.
    • Hand sanitiser is available for guests at various locations
  • If guests are not travelling together, the capacity of the hotel's lifts is four people per lift at any one time.
    • Cashless, preferably contactless payment is our preferred payment method to reduce contact. The electronic payment machine is sanitised after each transaction. Hand sanitiser is available to guests at reception.Guest invoices can be sent by email if agreed with the guest. If a paper copy is requested, envelopes will be dispensed with to minimise paperwork and these will be made available at the end of the desk for collection by the guest.Pens at reception are sanitised after each use.Enhanced cleaning programme with frequent disinfection of all high touch points such as lifts and public toilets.A box for used key cards will be displayed at reception, where guests will be asked to return them at check-out.Pool towels will be washed and treated at the correct temperature according to the protocols established by the local authorities.

    Private living space:

    • A daily cleaning service is only provided on request to minimise contact
    • The marketing material/directory in the room is limited and only the essential information is shared and replaced after each check-out.
    • Cleaning staff are trained to be vigilant when working in guest rooms and to be present in the corridors to maintain social distancing with guests.
      • Intensified cleaning programme with frequent disinfection of all high touch points during cleaning service.Upholstery is thoroughly cleaned regularly and linen is washed and treated at the correct temperature to ensure everyone's safety

    Restaurant & Bar:

    • During breakfast, our kitchen team looks after guests at the buffet counters
    • Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance and at every table in the dining area
    • On request, hand and alcohol wipes will be provided to guests at each table.
      • The restaurant, bar and other public areas will comply with the social distancing measures established by the government. Maintain 3 metres distance between tables and maximum 10 chairs per table/group. For our shisha dispensing area, up to a maximum of 6 people per table may sit together
    • We will check the vaccination certificate before allowing guests to enter the bar according to the latest announcement from the local authorities
    • Disinfecting the furniture after each guest has left the table
